Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
• The product or service delivered is materially different from the order confirmation.
• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery, where applicable.
• A duplicate payment or incorrect charge has been processed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Please contact our customer support team and provide the relevant order details and supporting evidence, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• A change of mind after an order has been confirmed or production has started.
• Errors in customer-submitted artwork, designs, spelling, content, dimensions, colours, or other specifications.
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Customized or personalized products produced according to the customer’s approved specifications, unless the products are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or processing has commenced. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the customized nature of our products and services.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Pricing and Descriptions

All prices displayed on the Printency FZCO website are shown in the applicable transaction currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Product and service descriptions are provided with reasonable accuracy. While we make every effort to ensure that descriptions, specifications, prices, and images are correct, occasional errors may occur.

Printency FZCO reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

The total transaction amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees, will be displayed before the customer confirms payment.

Country and Card Restrictions

In compliance with applicable banking and payment-processing regulations:

• Printency FZCO does not accept payments from or related to sanctioned countries.
• Customers located in sanctioned jurisdictions are not permitted to place orders through our website.
• Payments made using cards issued in sanctioned countries or in restricted currencies will not be accepted.
